Grade II Oaks for the first time learnt to copy and paste pictures from the internet for completing the Life cycle diagram of a plant with descriptors in Kidspiration tool.

Grade 2 Oaks created a project on “Seed Growth” were observations on Seed growth were made in different conditions by limiting the amount of sunlight and water. Kidspiration tool was used for this activity.

Grade 5 Oakridgers created a presentation titled “If I were the President” in which campaign posters,type of government,budget allocation,problems and promises etc were included.

Grade I Oakridgers created comic strips on Story Board tool using background scenes,pictures and dialogues.

Grade IV kids created a Venn Diagram on “Renewable and Non-Renewable resources” and wrote down the definition for all the examples.

Grade II Oaks drew a plant/tree of their choice and labelled its parts. They also wrote about the requirements for a plant to grow in a healthy manner.

They say “A Picture is worth thousand words”.Grade I Oaks created stories using Tux Paint Tool through stamps,paint brush tool and text. 

Grade V Oaks created meaningful mind maps on “Different types pf Government Systems around the world” and added information using nodes,text and pictures.

Grade III Oaks created presentations on various artifacts and computer parts and included information on the following.

What is the device,How does it work,Why is it needed,How to maintain the device,Pictures of the device and references.

They presented their work as a team to their class members.

Grade III Oakridgers saw an interesting module on “Using Simple Machines” to build  a robot. They also wrote reflections for each scene the saw and analyzed the methods in which simple machines are used to build a complex machine.
